Nella (Hensley's) Jeopardy

This is a game created by Mrs. Nella Hensley, which she graciously offered up to be downloaded. This Jeopardy game uses magic ink to reveal the correct answer.

One of the things you can do to ensure that students are grasping your content is to check for comprehension. Sometimes you need a brief or long review. This game is a long review with 25 questions, so this would be good as a chapter review.

Before Using This In Class

Please note that you can edit the names "Topic One", etc. to more meaningful names. Each number value (100-500) links to another page in the flipchart with the question and answer on it:

Edit the text that says "Question Goes Here" with the text editor. The answers are a little trickier to edit, but it's easy once you open your Browsers and go to the object Browser:

Set "ShapeText" and "AShape" to hidden, then you can see and type your answer, editing the answer text.

Using This In Class

The Main Gameboard will link to the questiona nd answer page.

Once you ask the question and call on a student, you reveal the answer with the magic ink (a button labeled for your use gives you quick access to the tool). Then choose the select tool before clicking the "GameBoard" link, wich takes you back to the gameboard.

Here's the link to download the game. If that link gives you problems, here is a link to a zip archive of the flipchart.
