"Right Clicking"

You can "right click" on a Mac with a single button mouse. To do so, you can do either of the following:

  1. Press and hold the Control Key while clicking.
  2. (This one only works if you have a Mac with a touchpad - usually a laptop) place two fingers on the touchpad while clicking.

This tutorial is suitable to aid an instructor attempting to meet the Reading/Language Arts Stanard 5 (Logic):

GLE 0501.5.2 Use logic to make inferences and to draw conclusions in a variety of oral and written contexts.

GLE 0601.5.1 Use logic to make inferences and draw conclusions in a variety of oral and written contexts.

GLE 0701.5.1 Use logic to make inferences and draw conclusions in a variety of oral and written contexts.

GLE 0801.5.1 Use logic to make inferences and draw conclusions in a variety of oral and written contexts.

There is a simple logic that if your teacher uses the tickertape to display the following phrase:

We're having a test tomorrow. You will need wide-ruled notebook paper and a No. 2 pencil.

What should you do? Perhaps prepare for a test?

This is a written context that is different from other written contexts that many students will have seen. Even if they have seen it, this is a varied format from a typical oral announcement.
